Heyo! Just put an ME Export Bus on your Quarry and configure it to pull all the goodies directly into your ME system. Easy peasy!
Tbh, just use an Ender Chest linked to your ME system. Super simple and works like a charm!
In my experience, attaching an ME Interface to the Quarry output and setting it up to your preferred items does the trick. Happy mining!
