How to Cook Chicken Thighs for Tikka Masala
AttallingHalt·3 months agoFor perfect tikka masala, marinate the chicken thighs in a mix of yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric for at least 30 minutes, then grill or bake until they're nicely charred before adding to the sauce. Trust me, it makes a difference!

As a tip from my experience, you can use your oven's broiler to mimic the tandoor effect. Marinate your chicken thighs, then broil them for about 5-7 minutes each side.
I usually skip the marinade when I'm in a hurry and just cook the chicken thighs directly in the sauce. Still tastes amazing, IMHO.
