Easy peasy! Just grab your world's files from the 'worlds' folder in your Valheim game directory and drop them into the 'worlds' folder of your dedicated server. Don't forget to restart your server!

I've done this a bunch of times. Navigate to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds and copy both the .db and .fwl files of your world. Paste them into the same location on your server, then restart.
