Crafting a scarecrow in Stardew Valley is pretty simple! You just need 50 wood, 20 fiber, and 1 coal. Open your crafting menu by hitting 'E' on your keyboard if you're on PC, or the equivalent on your console or mobile device. Scroll down till you find the scarecrow and click it to craft. Place it on your farm to keep those pesky crows away from your crops.

50 wood, 20 fiber, 1 coal. That鈥檚 your shopping list. Crafting a scarecrow isn鈥檛 just a rite of passage in Stardew Valley, it鈥檚 a practical move to protect those precious crops. Don鈥檛 sleep on it, or the crows definitely won鈥檛.

Ah, the noble scarecrow, a farmer's best friend against the aerial menace known as crows. Here's the deal: stack up 50 wood, grab 20 fiber out of the weeds you've been hacking away at, and snag 1 coal from either your first ventures into the mines or from breaking rocks. Voila! You're now the proud creator of your very own scarecrow.

Honestly, just buy seeds instead. Scarecrows are great and all, but if you're just starting, seeds might be a better investment. More crops = more gold.
