Currently, you can't officially create custom modes in Among Us through the game itself. However, you can use mods or organize custom rules with friends!
Short answer: You can't. But custom rules organized with friends can spice things up!
From personal experience, it's easiest to just agree on new rules with your group. We've had so much fun with our own silly rules!
