To make an iron bar in Stardew Valley, you gotta have 5 iron ores and 1 piece of coal. Toss them into a furnace and boom, wait a bit, and you've got yourself an iron bar. Make sure you've got a furnace first though, which you can craft after Clint visits you.

Iron bars? Too much effort. Just buy 'em from Clint if you're rolling in Gold.

Just mine for iron ore in the mines (floors 41-79 are the best spots), grab some coal, and smelt them in your furnace. Easy peasy.

Nah, making iron bars is super simple: 5 iron ores + coal + furnace. If I can do it, you can do it!
