Stay close and aggressive! Jinpachi鈥檚 long-range attacks are brutal, but he's weak up close. Sidestep often and keep the pressure on!
Use a character with strong juggle combos. You can keep Jinpachi from attacking if you knock him into the air and don't let him land. Worked for me every time!
Honestly, just spam low kicks. Jinpachi seems to have trouble dealing with them. Cheap, but effective!
