You just have to go to your server settings, scroll down to the bottom in the 'Overview' tab, and hit 'Delete Server'! Confirm that you wanna delete it and boom, it's gone!
I've done this a few times myself. Head to 'Server Settings,' look for the 'Delete Server' button at the bottom, and click it. You might need to confirm with a code or your password.
Just find the 'Server Settings' > 'Delete Server' option. Confirm, and you're done.
