Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, find 'Among Us', tap on it, and select 'Delete App'. Boom, it's gone!

Just press and hold the Among Us app icon on your home screen until it starts to wiggle, then tap the 'X' and confirm the delete. Easy peasy!
