You can't directly destroy weapons in Valheim, but you can toss them into the ocean or leave them to despawn if you really don't want them cluttering your inventory!
Why would you destroy weapons? Just store them in a chest or give them to a friend. Waste not, want not!
In my experience, if you drop your unwanted weapons in an unfrequented area, they'll despawn after a bit. Problem solved!
