Easy! Go to the game settings before starting a match, and under the 'General' tab, set the task bar updates to 'Meetings' or 'Never.'

Just trust your crewmates and set the task bar to 'Meetings' if you want it to update only during meetings, or choose 'Never' to disable it completely.

You can find the option to disable the task bar in the game's settings before you start a game. Just change the 'Task Bar Updates' setting to 'Meetings' or 'Never'. Problem solved!
