Hey, just right-click Valheim in your Steam library, go to Properties, then in the Launch Options box type `-force-glcore`. Boom, Vulkan disabled!

All you gotta do is open Steam, right-click Valheim, click Properties, and in the Launch Options box, add `-force-glcore`. Easy peasy!
