To play local co-op in Stardew Valley on your Switch, you'll need two controllers. First, on the title screen, select 'Co-op'. Instead of choosing 'Online', pick 'Local Communication'. Then, have the second player press start on their controller to join as a farmhand. Boom! You're now ready to farm together!

Honestly, the local co-op feature is underrated. My sister and I play on the same farm and it's a blast. Just make sure both controllers are synced and choose 'Local Communication'. Stardew Valley brings us closer, believe it or not.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
