The reset breakers task is in Electrical. Flip all the switches down, then flip them back up in order from left to right. Easy peasy!

As a crewmate, head to Electrical. You'll see a panel with switches. Flip each switch consecutively in the correct sequence to complete the task. Done and dusted!

Just go to Electrical, find the panel with the breakers, and flip each switch in proper order. Takes a bit of patience but you'll nail it!
