You can’t actually download Tekken 3 directly for PPSSPP since it’s a PlayStation game, not PSP. You’ll need the PS1 ROM and then use a PS1 emulator. Bummer, I know!

Tekken 3 is a PS1 game, so you’ll need a PS1 emulator, not PPSSPP. Look into ePSXe or RetroArch instead!
