I鈥檝e done this a million times! Just log in, hit the gear icon, find 'Addresses,' and click 'Edit.' Took me less than two minutes.
Just log in to your PayPal account, go to 'Settings' (the gear icon), and then find the 'Addresses' section. Click 'Manage all addresses' and edit away!
Go to 'Settings,' then 'Manage all addresses,' and click 'Edit' next to the address you want to update. Done and done!
