How to Edit Stardew Valley Sprites
Editing Stardew Valley sprites is super fun and lets you add a personal touch to the game! You'll need to get a bit techy though. First off, locate the game's files on your computer. For most, it's under the Steam folder in 'steamapps'. Then dive into the 'Content' folder where you'll find all the juicy sprites packed in XNB files. You'll need an XNB unpacker to open these up. Once you've got the files open, any good image editor works—I personally use GIMP. Edit to your heart's content, repack the files, and replace the originals (make backups!). Voila, your farmer now sports a bright pink hat!

I edited my dog sprite to look like my real-life pet, and it was totally worth the effort! Makes the game feel even more personal. Just follow online guides, and always backup your original files in case something goes south.
Honestly, why bother editing sprites? Stardew's charm is in its original design. Play it as it's meant to be!
