How to Enter the Adventurer's Guild in Stardew Valley
First off, you gotta prove yourself to be worthy of joining the cool club. So, here's the deal: you need to head over to the Mines, which are just east of the Carpenter's Shop. Then, you've gotta show those monsters who's boss by defeating 10 Slimes. That's your ticket in. After you've shown those slimes who's the real adventurer, Marlon will be super impressed and invite you to the Adventurer's Guild. They open up from 2 PM to 10 PM, so don't be showing up at odd hours expecting a welcome party!

Just beat 10 Slimes in the Mines. After that, the Guild's doors are wide open for you! Marlon will hook you up.
Biggest tip? Get good at fighting those slimes first. Early game, they can be tougher than you think. I spent my first few days in the Mines getting the hang of combat. Once you're invited, the Adventurer's Guild is a great resource for gear upgrades. Don't sleep on it.
