Equip a spinner in Stardew Valley by right-clicking it in your inventory if you're on PC or selecting it in your inventory and then applying it to your fishing rod on console or mobile. You gotta have either the Iridium Rod or the Fiberglass Rod, cuz the basic Bamboo Rod won't let you attach any tackle.

Just drag and drop the spinner onto your fishing rod in the inventory screen. But remember, only works with Iridium or Fiberglass Rods!

Nah, don't bother with spinners. Use bait! Catches fish way faster. Spinners ain't worth the hassle.
