Farming bug meat is all about hitting the right spots in the mines. And here's the hot take: don't even bother anywhere but floors 5 through 30. That's where the party is at!

To farm bug meat in Stardead Valley, head down into the mines. Bug meat drops from several enemies down there, but the most common are Grubs and Cave Insects, which turn into dangerous flying bugs if you don't get 'em fast! Floors 5-30 are your best bet for finding these critters en masse. Get swinging that sword and stock up on bug meat!

Hate to break it to you, but farming bug meat? Just dive into the mines. Seriously, no shortcuts. Bring a good weapon, aim for the earlier floors (5-30 sound about right), and hack away at those bugs. Grubs and Cave Insects won't know what hit 'em.

Been there, done that with bug meat farming. Early mine levels are the way to go. Also, timing is everything. Hit those floors on a lucky day (check the TV fortune teller), and you'll be swimming in bug meat. Trust me, it makes a difference.
