Farming flax in Valheim is a bit tricky because you can only plant it in the Plains biome. Look for Fuling Villages, take the flax, and then plant it in your own Plains base. Just watch out for those pesky Fulings while you're at it!

You gotta plant it in the Plains biome. No Plains, no flax, buddy.

Grab some flax from Fuling Villages in the Plains biome, then plant it in your base in the same biome. Easy peasy!
