To farm leeches in Valheim, head to the Swamps biome. Put down a workbench to prevent mob spawns and build a small, elevated platform in the water. The leeches will come to you but can't reach you!
*Pro-tip:* Use a blunt weapon, like a mace, to deal more damage to leeches. Happy leech hunting!
