Just slap some hay on the feeding trough inside the coop. Chickens feed themselves, no need to hand-feed those birdies. They’ve got it!

So, you've got some feathery friends in Stardew Valley and wanna keep 'em clucking? Easy peasy! First, you gotta have hay. You can either buy it from Marnie’s Ranch or cut down some tall grass with your scythe to get hay if you've got a Silo. Pop the hay onto the feeding bench in your coop, and bam, your chickens are fed and happy! Remember, happy chickens = eggs galore!

Honestly, don’t sweat it too much. If you forget a day, your chickens won’t starve. They just get a bit grumpy and might not lay eggs. Regular feeding keeps them happy and productive, though!

Pro tip: Always keep your coop stocked with hay, especially in winter when grass is scarce. Your chickens will thank you with plenty of eggs!
