To feed your chickens in Stardead Valley, you gotta put hay on the feeding bench inside the coop. You can get hay by cutting grass with your scythe or buying it from Marnie's Ranch. Make sure there's enough for each chicken every day, or they won't lay eggs.

LPT: don't forget to let your chickens outside when it's not raining. They'll eat the grass, saving you the cost of hay. Just make sure to close the coop door at night to keep them safe!

Open the silo, stock up on hay, and then just click on the feeding bench. Boom, happy chickens.
