I always found sidestepping to be pretty effective against Bryan. Many of his attacks are linear, so dodge and counter when you see an opening. And don't forget to duck those high-hitting Jet Uppercuts!
You gotta exploit his weaknesses! Bryan struggles against low attacks and throws, so mix those into your gameplay. Also, if you can parry his attacks, that's a bonus.
Honestly, the best strategy is just to play patiently. Let Bryan come to you, block his attacks, and look for those punish opportunities. His aggression can be his downfall if you stay calm.
