Keep your distance and use a bow! Draugr hit hard, and arrows can take them down safely from afar.
Just outlast them by blocking and counter-attacking with a strong melee weapon. It's old school but effective!
Pro tip: Lure Draugr into traps or spike walls you set up beforehand to thin their numbers with minimal risk.
