Finding Haldor, the merchant, in Valheim can be tricky but look for a sack icon on your map! He usually spawns in the Black Forest biome near water. Good luck, Viking!

Haldor is in the Black Forest but seeing the sack icon on the map makes him easier to find.

In my experience, scouring the Black Forest near lakes or rivers increases your chances. Haldor likes to set up shop close to water sources.

Honestly, finding the merchant is all about patience and exploration in the Black Forest. Keep your eyes peeled for that little sack icon.

Just wander around the Black Forest biome, and you should eventually come across Haldor. He鈥檚 usually not far from water and has a blue glow around him.
