If you're on the hunt for common mushrooms in Stardew Valley, don't sweat it too much. They're all over the place when fall hits. But here's a pro tip: check the floors of the mines too, especially between levels 1 and 40. Mushrooms love the dark and damp.

Common mushrooms pop up in the fall in the Secret Woods and all over the forest farm map. Keep an eye out after it rains! Plus, if you pick the mushroom cave option for your farm cave, you'll find them growing there too.

Keep your eyes peeled in the fall, especially in the Secret Woods or on your own farm if it's got the forest layout. But honestly, I've snagged plenty just wandering around. They're not exactly playing hard to get.
