You might also come across feathers in chests, especially in Meadows and Black Forest areas. Happy looting!

Break barrels in Fuling villages. Feathers are usually stashed inside, and you'll find other useful loot too!

Just chop down some trees, specifically Beech trees in the Meadows. Sometimes feathers drop alongside the wood and resin.
