Just look at the runestone at the spawn point. It'll tell you where Eikthyr is.

You find the first boss, Eikthyr, by activating the glowing red stones in your starting area (where you first spawn). It'll mark Eikthyr's location on your map. Boss fight hype!

From personal experience, just follow the path from the starting stone circle and you should find the altar for the first boss pretty quickly. Bring two deer trophies to summon him!
