Beehives are in abandoned buildings in the Meadows. They are usually in the structure's upper part.

You can find honey by locating and harvesting beehives, mostly found in abandoned houses or ruined towers in the Meadows biome. Just be careful of the bees โ€“ those tiny buggers sting!
