Honestly, why bother? Stardew Valley's multiplayer is all about the invite code now. Skip the IP fuss and use the game's built-in invite system. Much easier.
You're kinda asking the wrong question. Stardew doesn't show your IP in-game. You find your IP the same way you would for any other reason. Google it or use an IP website.
