To find your Stardew Valley save file on a Mac, open Finder and hit Shift+Cmd+G to open the Go to Folder window. Then, type '~/Library/Application Support/StardewValley/Saves' and hit Enter. Your save files will be right there, named after your character and farm. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

I lost hours of gameplay not backing up my save file - don't be like me! Find it at '~/Library/Application Support/StardewValley/Saves' and maybe make a copy just in case?

Honestly, just use the search function on your Mac, type 'StardewValley' and it usually pops right up. I swear half the game is managing real-life file systems.

If you're struggling to find your save, you might not be looking in the right Library folder. Make sure it鈥檚 the Library under your user directory, not the system-wide Library.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
