To find the Flower Dance in Stardew Valley, head to the forest area south of your farm on the 24th of Spring. It's held in a clearing beyond the Wizard's Tower. Just cross the bridge to the west of the Wizard's Tower, and you're there. Don't forget, the event starts at 9 AM and ends at 2 PM, so don't be late!

Honestly, just follow the crowd. Everyone in town heads there on the 24th of Spring. If you see a bunch of NPCs walking in one direction, tag along!
