To find the Wizard in Stardead Valley, you gotta head to the Wizard's Tower. It's located in the western part of Cindersap Forest, just a bit south of your farm. Look for a tower with a purple roof – you can't miss it. Make sure to visit during his open hours from 6am to 11pm!

Just wander southwest of your farm till you hit a tower that looks like it's straight outta a fairytale book. That's your guy's place. Knock on his door between 6am to 11pm, and presto, wizard time.
