Head to the Swamps! Turnip seeds look like tiny yellow flowers and can be found there. Be prepared to fight some Draugr and blobs while you're at it!

Check out the Swamp biome, specifically! Look for the yellow-flowered Turnip Seeds around the muddy terrain. Don't get too bogged down!

Trust me, finding turnips is way easier than planting them. Just gather seeds in the swamp and then farm them in a cleared area.
