You can find your Valheim seed by checking the 'start_server.sh' script or the server's 'config file'. Open it and look for the line that starts with '-world', followed by your world name. The seed should be listed there!
Just ask the server admin. They usually have the info and can share it easily.
If you're running it locally, check the 'ServerAdminUI' log. Seeds are logged when the server starts up!
