Have you tried restarting your device? Seriously, it solves more problems than one would think.
Clear the Discord cache! Just go to your user folder -> AppData -> Roaming -> Discord and delete the Cache, Code Cache, and GPUCache folders.
Reinstall Discord. Uninstall it completely and then reinstall the latest version from the official website. It worked for me!
I've experienced this too. Switching to the web version of Discord worked as a temporary fix until the app issue resolved!
