Honestly, just uninstall and move on. There're tons of games out there.
Clearing the cache worked for me! Simply go to your device settings, find Geometry Dash under Apps, and hit 'Clear Cache'. Magic – it started right up after that.
Make sure your internet connection is stable. GD can act up if your connection is wonky, especially when trying to access online features or user-created levels.
