If you're stuck with quick chat only, it's probably because the game thinks you're under 18. Go into the settings and update your age to be 18+.

Hey there! To fix the quick chat only issue in Among Us, you need to change your age to 18 or older. Just go to Settings > Data > Birthday. Easy peasy!

As someone who's dealt with this, I found that changing the birth date on your Innersloth account works. Set it to 18+ and bam, problem solved!
