Just use the pickaxe to lower high spots and the hoe to level it out. Easy peasy!

Use the hoe tool! Right-click to open the menu, then select 'level ground.' It's like reverse digging but feels much more satisfying!

Stand on a high spot and click with the hoe to bring the ground down. Might take some practice but you'll get it!
