You can't officially set a 1 second cooldown in Among Us, but you can tweak the settings to get as close as possible. Go to the game settings and set the Kill Cooldown to the lowest value, which is 10 seconds.

I've tried it, and the lowest cooldown you can set in the game settings is 10 seconds. Unless you're into modding, that's as good as it gets!

Hate to break it to ya, but there's no way to set a 1 second cooldown in Among Us. The shortest cooldown you can set is 10 seconds.
