To get a card for PayPal Credit, you actually need to apply for PayPal Credit first. It's a digital line of credit, so you won't get a physical card. But, once approved, you can link your PayPal account to PayPal's Mastercard for physical purchases!
You don't get a card with PayPal Credit. You use it directly through PayPal for online purchases.
