Short answer: you can't. The Gladiator was limited to the 2019 Memorial Day event.

To get the Gladiator in Tower Defense Simulator, you had to buy the Gladiator Gamepass during the 2019 Memorial Day event. Sadly, it's not available for purchase anymore.
