To snag a Glow Ring in Stardew Valley, start by heading down into the mines. You’ll often find them in chests on floors that end in five or zero after level 40. Also, keep an eye out for those glowing, bug-like creatures called Duggies and Slimes; squashing them might drop one too. If the mines are stingy, check the Adventurer’s Guild! They sell it, but only after you've proven your bug-squishing worth by completing the “Initiation” quest.

Honestly, just buy it from the Adventurer's Guild if you don't wanna deal with the randomness of drops. It’s a surefire way to light up your life (and your farm) without the hassle.
Just fish for treasure chests or smash crates and barrels in the mines. Sometimes, the RNG gods will smile upon you and grant you a Glow Ring. Much quicker than trying to appease the Duggies, if you ask me.
Farm bats. Seriously, they drop it more often than you'd think. Plus, you get to practice your combat skills. Win-win.
