Hot take but, just buy it from the Traveling Cart if mining or fishing for it seems too much hassle. Yes, it might cost more, but time is money, friend!

Amethyst in Stardew Valley can be found by mining in the mines. You'll typically start encountering them around floor 40 and below. Bring your pickaxe and some snacks for energy, cuz it might take a bit of digging! Also, keep an eye out for those purple geodes. Crack them open at the blacksmith's to potentially snag an amethyst.

You can also get lucky and find amethysts while fishing! They pop up as treasure alongside the fish sometimes. So, if mining isn't your thing, grab a fishing rod and try your luck at the water.

Sometimes, you get amethysts as gifts during the Feast of the Winter Star. So, be nice to your fellow townsfolk; you never know what you'll get in return!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
