To upgrade your axe in Stardew Valley, you need to head over to the Blacksmith. Make sure you bring along some bars of copper (or whatever the next upgrade requires) and some gold. It'll take a couple of days, so plan your woodcutting accordingly!

Just save your resources! Early game, it feels tempting to sell everything, but trust me, saving those copper ores for the axe upgrade is 100% worth it. Best decision I made.

Don't forget: Upgrading your axe not only lets you chop down those larger trees and stumps but also opens up new areas. Get to copper, steel, gold, and then iridium for the best axe that cuts down everything like butter!

Honestly, upgraded tools in Stardew are overrated. Focus on crops, make money, and then think about upgrading. Everything at its own pace, folks.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
