To get big plants in Stardew Valley, you basically gotta pay attention to your crops. Certain crops like Cauliflower, Melon, and Pumpkin have a chance to grow into giant crops. You need to leave them in a 3x3 grid and give them some extra time beyond their normal harvest period. They won't all turn giant, but when they do, it's a nice surprise with a ton of extra yield.

Giant crops? More like a game of chance. Just stick to regular farming, less hassle and pretty reliable if you ask me.

Just plant Melons, Pumpkins, or Cauliflower in a 3x3 pattern and cross your fingers. No special tricks, just patience and a bit of luck!

Actually got a giant pumpkin once! Make sure those 3x3 grids of Pumpkin, Melon, or Cauliflower get plenty of water and love. Took a screenshot because it was honestly the highlight of my farming career in Stardew.
