To get the Casino card in Stardead Valley, you gotta complete the 'Qi's Challenge' quest. First, find a battery and slap it onto the lockbox in Calico Desert, that'll start your quest. Then, grab 10 beets inside Mayor Lewis's fridge and after that, you're pretty much in. Just follow Mr. Qi's instructions and bam, you'll earn yourself access to the Casino.
