Really, the only way to have the Commando now is if you participated in the 2019 Egg Hunt event. No other way to get it now!
Unfortunately, the Commando tower was only available during an older event and can't be obtained anymore. But hey, there are plenty of other towers to explore!

The Commando was available during the 2019 Egg Hunt event. If you missed that, there's no current in-game way to obtain it. Keep an eye on future events; they might bring it back!
